I came to Priscillas on a Sunday at 3:15pm by 4:00pm I still had not received my food. The service is slow, it seems like they service the urber eats and online orders first. To have to wait a hr for soul food that is already made is diabolical. I will not be back, then to have teenagers serving the food im disappointed.
Food is good but having to wait 1 hour & 10 min for a catfish dinner is unacceptable. The staff doesn’t offer any explanation let alone an apology or some type of compensation (discounted meal, dessert etc). Unfortunately, the business is run as to what’s suitable for themselves not taking their customers into account . But, where would they be w/o us??
