Since Kevin took over as manager, this Buffalo Wild Wings location has gone to a completely different level. The difference in management shows immediately—from the energy of the staff to the speed, cleanliness, and overall vibe of the place.

Kevin runs this location like a true professional. The team is organized, attentive, and actually cares about customer experience. Food comes out hot and fresh, orders are accurate, and the service feels welcoming instead of rushed. You can tell morale is high, and that starts from the top.

This is how a Buffalo Wild Wings should be run. Huge shout-out to Kevin for turning this place around and setting a new standard. If you haven’t been here since he took over, you’re missing out. Highly recommended.”

El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “I loved to food here, I found the place one TikTok I personally do recommend the food especially the shrimp burrito, ts was bomb ngl it was so good especially with the salsas that they have complimented it so well, I also recommend the tripa tacos I loved them and they didn’t over cook it nor undercooked it, overall the service was good and the staff was every kind, if you go here be ready to be mind blown with the food, I do say you have to go here with time because the food is freshly made.”

Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!”
