Kevin runs this location like a true professional. The team is organized, attentive, and actually cares about customer experience. Food comes out hot and fresh, orders are accurate, and the service feels welcoming instead of rushed. You can tell morale is high, and that starts from the top.

El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. Starting from the first day that we went to see The Elm we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. We had our ceremony in the Kensington room, and our reception in the Madison room. The atmosphere and vibe of both rooms was everything that we could hope for. The staff was incredible, the food/drinks were AMAZING, and our guests had nothing but positive feedback. “I first discovered Noon O Kabab in 2016 when I came to the city to do some work training. I had never had Persian food, but I was hooked immediately. There are so many amazing flavors and everything goes together so perfectly! I drive two hours north as often as I can to dine-in or pick-up. The staff are always incredibly friendly and accommodating. Tamara made our experience this time wonderful. She is an absolute joy! The pita bread served with fresh onion, little feta cubes and garlic cream sauce is to die for. We always get the hummus too. I highly recommend the beef koubideh with half and half dill and white rice. The portions are huge and price is very reasonable! We always have extra to take home and enjoy the next day as a special treat. The atmosphere is very classy and clean. If you haven’t been here you gotta go! Like now. RUN!!!! 😍😍😍”
