I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. Starting from the first day that we went to see The Elm we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. We had our ceremony in the Kensington room, and our reception in the Madison room. The atmosphere and vibe of both rooms was everything that we could hope for. The staff was incredible, the food/drinks were AMAZING, and our guests had nothing but positive feedback. A special mention goes to our server, Sasa, who was incredibly attentive and provided great suggestions. He even surprised us with complimentary limoncellos, which were absolutely delicious. “On a normal day, Prasino is not usually quite as crowded as it was on Father's Day. The service is always amazing, the food is always delicious, and the drinks are superb. However, the length of time it took to get our food on Father's Day was excessive, to say the least. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed in the kitchen on a busy day, or if something in the kitchen wasn't working properly, but it took over an hour between when we ordered and the food was delivered to our table. We have older kids, who were "starving", but fully capable of being patient. But there were many tables with young children who I'm sure were affected by this. Let me be clear, this is NOT the norm at this restaurant. I have no problem recommending Prasino, and we will absolutely go back because of our many great experiences before this. But this is something that the owners need to address to prevent it from happening on the next holiday.“
