“On August 16, 2024 my dear friend Eberta Wright celebrated her 103 birthday. We celebrated it at The Lazy Dog Restaurant in the Highlands were we used to go for lunch every Sunday after church. Our waiter was always Carlos. One Sunday he told me to let him know when she was to celebrate her next birthday because he wanted to do something special for her. I called him and told him it was here so he talked to his manager and WOW!!!!! Kyla, Alexa, Andrea and Carlos put together a spectacular birthday celebration. Mrs. Wright and I both were so surprised and delighted with what they did. The decorations, the gorgeous flowers the cupcakes that Kyla made and decorated to spell out her birth year. Everything was just wonderful. Carlos came in on his day off and got to have lunch with us. He is a very special young man. In fact everyone there is very special. The Lazy Dog will always be my number one restaurant not just because of the good food but because they are a group of very special people.“

The food was delicious, hot, fast, priced affordably. They have a large menu. We had some special diets in our group and there were enough options for them to find what they needed. But they always give us the table in the back. We stay a long time. And we are all treated well and they still serve breakfast itmems at lunch, so everyone is happy!“

Starting from the first day that we went to see The Elm we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. We had our ceremony in the Kensington room, and our reception in the Madison room.
