“A lot of the bad reviews of this Jimmy John's location are from over a year ago. We come here every so often and never had a bad experience. Even during lunch hours the restaurant isn't busy and we get our orders within a minute or two. There's a handful of tables that always look clean and even with everything salted outside, the floors looked spotless the last time we came in. They must really mop often during the winter.
Our orders have never been wrong and the sandwiches have never been bad. Jimmy John's has to be one of the most consistent restaurants over the last 20 years. When you walk into any location on this continent, you know exactly what you're getting.“
“There was a small issue, they forgot my daughter’s pickle as a side. I called the store and the female manager had a pickle at my house in minutes. So fast it was actually freaky. Happy Mom, happy kid. Their pickles are her favorite! Shout out to who ever is working today! This location has NEVER made a mistake on any of my orders in the past! 10/10 star service! Thank you!!!“
