Jimmy John's in Hoffman Estates

“I usually don't have any issues when ordering Jimmy John's but when i got it today, my veggie sandwich tasted gross. Idk but it tasted like the veggies and cheese weren't fresh. It also tasted like someone's hand who hadn't been washed for a while touched it. Again I usually don't have any issues but man did my sandwich taste awful“

“Using the app, I was able to place my order and in less than 10 minutes I was notified that it was ready for pick up. I walked in and if your food is ready for pick up. You want to look to your left. That's where your going to find your food. My drink and chips were inside. All the tables and chairs were clean. The drinking section was clean as well as the bathrooms. Overall my experience was pleasant and I do recommend coming here.“
