“I accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery for my lunch order. I was unable drive there because of work. The manager on duty reached out to check in. After +2 hours we were able to pickup our order, the employee on duty remade our sandwiches on the spot because they were concerned the sandwiches would be soggy.
