Jimmy John's in Bolingbrook

“I rarely go into a Jimmy John’s. But while I waited for my husband to get a hair cut on 7/24 in the evening I decided to walk in there a get a little something for myself. I was greeted by the two most sweet employees, their customer service is definitely 5+ stars for sure. Jimmy John’s usually does have good customer service, but these two melted my heart. I forgot to ask for names, I walked out of there with a smile on my face, but on 7/24/26 around 5:30pm I was greeted by the most sweetest young man and young lady. I am 9 months pregnant and tired and they just made my whole day.“

“I order contactless delivery from this location quite a bit since this is my nearest JJ location and just wanted to say thank you for all that the delivery drivers do! They are very quick, always super pleasant, usually wave and say hello if they see me outside getting my order. It’s always a great experience.“

The place is clean, decent and in order. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
The food is good and have many different options for everyone.
