Don't know what's happening here, but was told my order would be 20-25 minutes. When I ask why, was told to look at the team making sandwiches. I guess they had some big order for pickup. Hey, if you want to be a catering company, that's cool. Just shut the front door and turn the sign off. But if not, you'll need to handle both walk-in customers and online orders. These are your choices.
Exceptional service from Patrick; friendly, professional and you can tell he enjoys engaging with customers. Sheelina (I know I misspelled your name, I’m sorry) made my sandwich quick and tasty.
Not sure why this place has bad reviews. I had a great experience here. I ordered a 30 pack of sandwiches with some unique requests of unwiches, veggie wrapped separately, with only a couple hour notice. Person who took the order was professional and confirmed everything before hanging up. Showed up right when sandwiches were supposed to be ready, and they were. Everything was prepared and wrapped correctly. Person who rang me up was professional, and sandwiches weee great.

Jimmy John's offers great customer service, quick service, and a variety of tasty sandwiches. Customers enjoy the hella good food, fast service, and pleasant workers. Online orders are fast, fresh, and correct, with some preferring weekend staff over weekdays. The parking lot has 15-20 spaces, and wheelchair accessibility is not a problem.
Customers are always greeted, and the sandwiches and wraps are well-constructed. Orders are never wrong and are prepared quickly. Even young customers have commented on the great service. The staff is constantly praised for their excellent customer service, with one employee, Ka'myah, going above and beyond for her customers.
After a long day, customers can rely on the fresh and delicious #9 giant sandwich, which is ready in about 6-7 minutes. The staff's smiling faces and great attitudes make for a pleasant experience every time.
