Lots of comments here are not even for this place. Try it- Support local business. Quick pizza in a pinch. Can also buy whole pizzas, they have tamales, Ice Cream. Owner works the window, very nice, accommodating great service. Keep this man in business.“

“Well, if they cook your food properly, it's not bad... however, if they don't and you need to send it back to cook it (not a fan of raw burgers 🤷‍♀️) and it comes back the same way... be prepared to not eat and pay for the meal anyway. I asked for it to be removed from our bill (over $100 total so not just a couple things) and they removed it after a small "fight" but literally charged us for a basket of fries cuz I ate a few fries off my plate, I guess. they don't take care of their mistakes nor do they care to make things right. Lost future business, everyone at the table was shocked.“

“Excited to try the empanadas at Empanadus in Homewood on Ridge Road. It is a nice cafe and eatery offering a variety of empanadas for all dietary needs. They are served very warm and the type of empanada is branded into the outside crust. They are a good sized portion and the filling can be tasted with each bite. I bought a variety and it was easy to identify which one was beef, sausage, spinach, vegan, etc. they also offer a variety of coffees too. Would definitely suggest you give it a visit.“

“Terrible customer service. This is the fourth time I had a delivery problem with Marco's in Homewood and this is my first review. I should NOT have given so many chances but I did unfortunately and now learned my lesson. Ordered lots of food for my big family and Marco's (yet again) forgot to deliver something I ordered. This time it was 2liters. After the pizzas were delivered I called immediately and was told that they are sending out the 2liter immediately. Because they said "immediately" we didn't start eating because we live 4 minutes from there. 35 minutes later I had to call back ( pizza cold) and was told " oops they forgot" from a young lady who then stated she is the manager and it's not Marco's fault that we didn't eat the pizza and it's cold. No empathy, terrible customer service , and then was told they will refund me for my drinks. I honestly was waiting for "we are sorry; or I am sorry! LOL! Nope! No apology whatsoever. Marcos you can keep the $. It's the last you will ever get from me!“

“Just had their steak (carne asada) tacos! Absolutely fantastic! The green salsa is on point! Very generous on the size of their tacos. I'm extremely picky when it comes to getting tacos in fact I only like my tacos from one or two taco places in all of Chicago. This is my first time coming here and this spot just got added to my small list. I will most definitely stop by this place whenever I'm around this area. Thank you for the great food! Rookie mistake ordering 2 mediums on 1/2 price Tuesday. (Only applies to family size on up)

“So this place has two types of gluten free pizza, I'll admit I only had one. It is delicious!!! The gluten free pizza is an individual one, it looks small, but even when I am starving I have a hard time finishing it. Every time I call for pick up, it's ready when they say. Everyone is always super nice. The atmosphere is clean and bright, but it is literally just for picking up, no dining in. Again since I can't have gluten this is my go to place now.

“My only complaint is I’m mad I just found out about this place. We ordered a sausage pizza, it’s right up there in my top 5 best pizza’s. It’s very well seasoned and they don’t skimp on the sausage. Delicious pizza, Friendly costumer service , and the price wasn’t bad at all. My husband loved it too and he’s very hard to please when it comes to pizza. “I’ve seen a lot of good reviews about this spot and they did not disappoint at all. Very good pizza, to be honest some of the best I’ve had in this area. Perfect crust with good texture and bite with an amazing crunch at the end. Fresh toppings and perfectly browned cheese. Got a large sausage and pepperoni with half green pepper and onion and they load it up. The sauce is more of a savory sauce which pairs perfectly with the saltiness of the proteins and sweetness of the veggies. Will absolutely be back for more. 10/10 for me !!!!!“

“I've had Blaze Pizza in different cities and states. My experience has been pretty much consistent. Inattentive staff, long waits, crowded shop. HOWEVER, this location has been completely different! The staff actually acknowledges your presence when you walk in the door. They make sure to let you know that someone will be with you. They don't leave you standing around. The times I've been there, there was a noticeable attention to keeping the team on task and making sure customers weren't standing around waiting longer than need be. I really hope they keep up the great work, this is the best location I've ever visited.“

“I usually drive up for a slice and their food and service is so consistently great! The flavors are there and they have a deep dish slice on Saturdays also BOGO cold slices. I'm a huge Lou Malnatis deep dish fan, but I prefer the deep dish at this location over the Lou's in Palos. I stopped going to the one on Western cause it lacks flavor so it's really worth the drive cause I pass the banquet hall location to go to Crestwood. It's just convenient to drive up and the food just tastes great. Good job guys, keep it up! The drive thru worker today, sweet Black girl who was super informative and up sold me on the cold slices when I was just coming for the deep dish. Hard to find good you g help these days. She had welcoming energy and a smile!“

“The pizza is fantastic (regular crust). It’s s not paper-thin or crunchy like a cracker (like a lot of places do); it has just the right balance of crispiness and chew.

They’re very generous with the cheese and toppings. Every bite had great flavor, and the sauce ties it all together perfectly.

I only wish they were in my town, id get it more often. Their burgers are pretty good too, definitely worth a try if.“

“Great little restaurant. Got there around 8pm. Asked if it was to late to order a deep dish pizza since they take 40-45 minutes to bake. Waitress said no so we ordered away. Food arrived to the table around 850 and the place stayed open after their closing of 9pm to let us eat. Didn't remotely try to rush us out. We weren't the only ones still there either. Food was very good, waitress was very good. Will go again when back in the area.“

“Leaving Chicago and we wanted a nice little family pizza place. This was the place and boy was it worth it. Pizza was excellent and the cheesy breadsticks oh my so good. The young lady taking the orders was very nice and polite and super friendly. Sauce was good and for a thing crust which my husband normally does not like he was impressed and loved the pizza. If we didnt live almost 2 hours away in Indiana we would be there more often. And next time we are going thru Chicago /east Chicago area we are going to stop again. So worth it.
