Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers a variety of options and healthy eats, with a military discount available for those who ask. However, customer service can be inconsistent, with some reviewers experiencing long wait times and unhelpful staff. The cafe also features a range of music, including some rap. On the other hand, some reviewers have had positive experiences with friendly staff and efficient service.
