One word to describe the Huntley location: FRUGAL. The ingredients in the food items are always scarce and don't bother paying extra for upgrades or additional ingredients. You will hardly ever receive them and if you follow up with the guys currently running the shop, they will debate you and gaslight you into making YOU feel like a cheap customer for holding them accountable for properly fulfilling an order. I was there a few minutes ago and I got a flatbread and it had a hair on the tomato I went back to get another one and this time the hair was in the lettuce ? I never complain or leave reviews but I had this bad experience

Came here for 2 smoothie one was good the other had very little to no flavor. I asked for them to remake it and as they did the kids were complaining about the fact of me having an issue with it. I’ve had this drink at least 15 times so I know how it should taste. I really didn’t appreciate how they were smart mouthing in the back as I just wanted a tasty smoothie probably won’t stop back at this location for awhile.
