Ordered the triple with pepper jack, loved it. A little more greasy than I prefer, but a top tier burger for sure. Would absolutely return. Appeared clean and well kept inside as well.

We just ate here for the first time this past Saturday; my husband ordered, and paid for, a double bacon cheeseburger, it arrived without any bacon. I order a double cheeseburger, added lettuce and tomato, and it arrived with ketchup, mustard, pickle and onion. We didn't bother complaining, the burgers that we did receive were amazing! They just would have been even better if they would have been made how we ordered them. And they have the best cheese curds I've ever had!! I just wish the cooking staff would look at what the customers ordered (and paid for).
If you come here and don't try the portobello fries you have made a grave mistake! Just passing through Jacksonville and couldn't be happier to have made our lunch stop here!

I went there today, got a Pepper jack burger, when I got my burger it wasn't even a burger it was crumbled pieces of meat and I didn't get my cheese, this sandwich was crap I didn't even eat it. If your going to pay 7$ for a burger make them worth it. Very first time coming here very last time. I understand rush hour but this was bs.

Casual, order at the counter, burger and shake joint. They set up some tables for our team after our tournament. Easy place to meet others and hang out for a while. Food was good as expected, I felt like the sides were a little overpriced for the portion, but everything else was reasonable, i think. We didn't get any dessert, but everyone else said the ice cream was good.
