FORMAL COMPLAINT - this store charged 21.99 + tax for polar pizza while other BR/DD locations around the same area charges 15.99. Why is this? This franchiser is price gouging! Why is it that the surrounding locations all charge the SAME price of 15.99 and this location charge what he wants? Well I purchased a cake for my sons birthday it was not to anybody's liking but they did exchange it for a full refund and made it better so therefore they have great outstanding customer service and stand behind their product and we always go there for coffee.
