You would think a business would make sure they had product to sell for the weekend when it would be the busiest time of business. I came in to find they can’t do any sandwiches due to no bread and multiple other menu items due to not having them in the business. This is absolute poor planning and business plan. My husband and I went to them for their Friday Catfish dinner. When we got it home the fish was spoiled and they fried it which made it worst. I called and they said yes it was after I explained that it smelled bad. I was told that we could return and the dinner would be free. The rudeness of the owner and the staff ( grandson) was unacceptable. I have been there every Friday for the last year. But no longer, how do you get nasty with us when your food is what was spoiled.
My very 1st experience in person was awesome HOWEVER after making a call-in order let’s just say I’ll stick to UNCLE REMUS or continue to drive to the location on 14th and Michigan where they know how to speak to paying customers!
I ordered 2 SEPARATE 12 piece buckets (because it was for 2 SEPARATE Locations) one with sauce and one without. Well needless to say they put EVERYTHING IN ONE DAYUMMMMMM PAN, even tho the receipt clearly stated what was mentioned above. So...read full review
