The service is beyond bad, I counted 8 workers and 4 costumers waiting to be attended, nobody bother to acknowledge our presence, they didn’t even ask what we wanted to order, I had to ask multiple times if there was someone in charge of the counter after being completely ignored, and the answer was to use the machine, I waited 10-15 min for a refresher and a donut that by the way was not even what I ordered, the operation is disorganized and unprofessional with workers...read full review
This place is a joke. Female at the drive thru yelled at my 69 yr old mother tonight 8/13/26 because no one answered at the speaker so she pulled up to the window just to be yelled at and called names. This is an elderly woman that you disrespected. No worries though. Going up to the store to get an employee name. Whoever she is needs to be fired. I’ve already called corporate and wrote an email.
