Their Mountain Dew fountain soda tastes super fresh & you can tell they keep the lines clean. Michelle took great care of us and was very personable and helpful. “Wonderful little restaurant. Waitresses are always so cheery and helpful. People have bad days so I'm not saying that has to be the norm but it's a nice extra. Food is very reasonably priced and has always been delicious. I recommend the Stuffed Biscuits and Gravy, absolutely fantastic!

“We have to travel to Chicago often and try to stop at different places to eat on the way home. We found this place in Kankakee yesterday. afterbreading some reviews, we decided to stop. The food was excellent! salad bar was cold, fresh and everything was good. soup was homemade and good. The chicken was excellent! restaurant was nice and clean and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. Give it a try!!!“
