“I ordered the avocado chicken curry with rice! It was absolutely delicious. Very flavourful. Just perfect. My friend got the avocado mac and cheese. I tasted it and loved that too. The portions are large and we brought some home. We got the avocado cheesecake cup for desert and wow! Yummy yummy yummy. They have a kids menu too! I will be a regular customer in the future. You have to try this place!“

The Sami’s Slow Roast Pot Roast is wonderful, and Bread Pudding is OUTSTANDING. It has displaced my longtime first place restaurant bread pudding. And it’s better than mine. “I can't begin to explain how delicious everything was! For starters, I don't ever eat crab cakes but I tried them and they were DELISH! Next, I had the rolls. They were so good I didn't want to share! LOL! I had the salad with the balsamic vinegarette and it was so fresh and delish! For the main course, I had the Chicken Alfredo and it was FIRE!!!!! LOVED IT! Finally, I had the warm brownie dessert with Gelato and OMG it was soooo good!!! I honestly loved everything about this place from meeting Yvette (Owner and Executive Chef) to the ambiance and the food! I would give it 10 stars if I could! “My family hosted a private event at this restaurant and everything was perfect! When we arrived, they had the room set up as we requested and were ready to go. The service provided by Lynn, David and Sam was top tier! They served with a smile and were very friendly to all of our guests. We'd been to the restaurant once before and liked the food and it did not disappoint at our event. Tandy was the manager for our event and made sure everything ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“I scheduled an event here sight not seen on August 31st for a 65th Birthday Celebration. This place is a hidden gem. Absolutely gorgeous. The room is spacious yet can be very intimate. Thank you so much to Ms. Evelyn Randle and Ms. Arika for taking care of me. The CVS Class of 1977 raved about this place all while we were there. We are scheduling our next event. “Culver's is one of my favorite fast food burgers, and this location did not disappoint. My bacon cheeseburger deluxe was perfect and the soft and warm gluten free bun was great. Culver's also serves a great custard style soft serve ice cream!“

“Sometimes the hidden places are the best!! Stopped by JJ Kelleys for their friday night specials and wasn't disappointed. They had a fantastic salad bar with 4 soups, crab pasta salad, homemade coleslaw, beets and cottage cheese and don't for get the salad!!! I ordered the prime rib on special and received a generous cut with perfect temperature of medium rare. I was blown away with the flavor and value of this meal!!! “I absolutely love Culver's food. They have the best buttermilk buns that I have ever had. I highly recommend their buttermilk single, cheese curds and pretzel bites. The cheese sauce, from what I've heard, is not to everyone's liking. But I personally very much enjoy it & get it with the pretzels every time.

Vegetarian options: They have a nice selection of salads that you can choose from and I believe customize to your liking.

Dietary restrictions: If you order something that has an ingredient that you cannot eat like on a burger you can ask for it to not be added and they will do so.

Parking: Parking is very accessible and easy to get into, and they also have a very thorough and fast moving drive-thru.

Kid-friendliness: They have booster seats for younger children and they have a section of the menu made just for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Their doors if I remember correctly have wheel chair buttons, including in the bathrooms. And they have different types of seating that can be made wheelchair accessible.“

I tried the fried shrimp and the fried catfish and OMG the breading is unlike any of the places around chicago that serve this style of food. I also ordered the turkey tenders for my wife and she said they were great. (And this was after reheating them in the oven) They have fresh cut fries and if you prefer the frozen stuff, you won't be a fan of the fries but it's what I like so they were a win for me. Just as a side bar, you have to try these chocolate chip cookies they have. You can tell they're not from pre made cookie dough. The chocolate has a rich taste and I warmed mine up before I had them, love at first bite! So treat yourself to some dessert, it's worth the calories. Last but not least, this place has great service. If you frequent restaurants with menus like this in the chicago area then you know what kind of service you normally get, not here! Me and my coworker had a great conversation with the owner and he's a pleasure to speak with and very friendly. If you're reading this, you're interested and I'm telling you to go see for yourself. It's definitely a Nu way for dining! (Even the side bread is different) ?“
