I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
Dairy Queen in Kilgore Texas sucks. they never answered the phone. and the last time I went there, I ordered a belt buster combo, and I got a piece of meat with cheese on dry bread and floppy french fries. i paid seventeen dollars for that got ripped off. Kilgore texas sucks!!
I normally dont say anything but this dairy queen is ridiculous sometimes. I ordered 3 blizzards. they got 2 right and were supposed to remake my third as they messed it up the first time(another employee caught it not me, so great! this employee did their job) which was fine. glad they were fixing it. only to get home and find out they didnt even fix it. they just gave me another one of the same kind as my second blizzard.l which was Reeces.
