DQ is clean and the employees are polite. Its not fast good its made to order food so it takes a couple minutes but its well worth it. Everyone has someone to enjoy, emails to answer or a grocery list they can make in the mere couple minute it takes to make your order.
In kewanee they have a whole wall of frozen goods to take home. Not a cooler or a couple - a whole wall. Its awesome. Check them out!!!

Love the Sundaes! DQ donates to local fundraisers and supports fundraising in the area to help keep needed services available!
great food and ice cream but always forget my toast in my meals, my spoons, and straws. they close the window and walk away so fast i don’t have the chance to ask for anything if it’s missing.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers great food and ice cream, with a large selection of cakes and a variety of Blizzard flavors that often include ingredients like stuff in the ice cream. Customers appreciate the quality of the desserts, especially the Blizzard, which sometimes has more filling than those in other locations. However, service can be quick to close the window, making it hard to ask for missing items like toast, spoons, or straws. Some customers have experienced issues with extra charges for toppings, such as pecans on a banana split, and feel that the portions of toppings are small compared to other Dairy Queens. Additionally, the removal of standard toppings like maraschino cherries has been noticed. Despite these concerns, the staff is generally described as nice, though some feel the ownership is penny pinching. Overall, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill provides tasty treats with friendly service, but some inconsistencies in service and toppings exist.
