“We enjoyed another great evening at Coopers Hawk Kildeer. We choose Coopers Hawk not only for their great drinks, food preparation and portions, but also because they have substantial Gluten-Free options and dedicated fryers so everyone can enjoy. They take allergy consciousness seriously. While Kyle our server was prompt, courteous, and engaging I have to say the entire staff gave us a feeling they truly appreciated our choice dining with them. Everyone we spoke with or even passed in the hallway smiled and made eye contact. The Pretzel bread (including Gluten-Free bread) along with appetizers (Calamari & Brussel Sprouts) were the perfect size for our party of five(5) to share. We enjoyed a variety of dishes (Chicken, Pretzel-Crusted Pork Chops, Spaghetti w/Meatballs, Gnocchi Alla Vodka, and Salad w/Chicken & Avocado), all delicious. Flourless cake and two other desserts were shared and delicious. Overall highly recommended as we have had consistent high quality food and service at this location.“

Liliana, our server, was attentive and made it a special birthday. We enjoyed our regular shrimp cocktail, filets, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. While picking out dessert, we were surprised by a lovely tray, wishing her a happy birthday in chocolate, along with three shareable desserts. It was a beautiful evening. “This was our first visit and won’t be our last. We shared the charcuterie board, bao buns, and the cookie skillet. All were very good. Our server was helpful and appropriately attentive. Bar service was very good. 100% recommend. Would be particularly fun for a group (lots of items for sharing). We will go back and work our way through the menu! “Finally good brewery in the area, so happy that we visited that place that offers very interesting beers. Their Pilsner and Lager are very solid. We also tried Farmhouse Ipa that offers interesting complexion of flavors as it is brewed and then put in barrels that once contained the wine lingering with its flavors almost like saison but keeping the good IPA profile. We will definitely visit again, hopefully soon!! :)“

The owner Ken O'Connor was extremely knowledgeable about wine, particularly Italian wines and also has some creative cocktails on the menu. “We had the use of Bliss from 1-5 on a Saturday when they are normally closed.
We hosted a birthday party with 45 people attending, had it catered locally, and hired a 3 piece band playing amplified acoustic music. Owner Alex bartended and did a wonderful job. It’s a lovely and comfortable old building in a great location with an owner that has his head in a very good place. We give it an 11 out of 10. Thanks again Alex.“

“This place is beyond amazing. I live by Midway Airport and I'm thankful my girlfriend lives near here because otherwise I'd look crazy going all this way for the food. But it's completely worth it. Through multiple trips have tried numerous menu items and they serious can't do anything wrong. So far I've had: Egg Lemon soup, Greek Salad, Feta Spread (both regular and spicy), Gyros sandwich, Gyro Plate, Broasted Half Chicken (Greek style), Feta Fries, Calamari, Chicken Skewers, Loukomadies, Galaktoboureko, Burger with Gyro Meat, Chicken Pita, Pastitsio, and spanakopita. And nothing has been anything short of absolutely amazing. This place is worth every penny. Even my Greek Girlfriend who is VERY critical of her Greek Food agrees at how amazing this place is. Everything gets compared to her Grandma's cooking which sets a very high bar. And everything we have had has been a home run.“

“I've been eating at Bacchus for years. Never disappoints, food always fresh ! Love the seafood, their sauces are delicious and makes the dish exceptional. One of my favorites is the bacon wrapped sea scallops and the grilled salmon. Desserts are fresh and they have seasonal specials. Clean and cozy. The staff makes you feel like family. Must try!“

“It was a late night dinner and we were looking for someplace good and luckily Jameson's was still open. Coffee was good and we were very happy w the pork chops, chicken philly and chicken club sandwiches. That being said my salad lacked tomatoes and cucumbers. My chops were advertised to be center cut loin and I got one loin and one rib chop.“
