first and foremost, this is indeed bigback activity. But just wanted to share my experience today. The first young lady did a great job, scooping the rice and the meat. It went down hill when the older lady (late 40s prolly 50) then took over for the cold ingredients, I asked for cheese on my bowl, and shawty pinched some on there like it was salt. asked for a side of cheese to get the “normal”(like a generous little 5 finger pinch), and she said it’ll be an additional cost....

The store was a little messy. The staff were playing and a little unprofessional for my taste. I ordered guacamole and chips with my meal. There were like seven over cooked chips in my bag and the rest were crumbs.

I came in and order a burrito bowl, and the preparer of the bowl was prepping the gentleman in front of me. I noticed that he took the same gloves that he had on and swiped the corn off the counter as if he was using a towel, and when he finished continued to serve people with the same gloves, which I thought was extremely gross. To the manager, please train your employees in prep and glove care, please take this to heart because I like Chipotle.
