“Okay, you HAVE to try Seattle Sutton’s meals! I’ve been getting them for almost a year, and they’re seriously the best meal delivery company. I actually talked to one of their dietitians before I signed up and they were super helpful and answered all of my questions. There are so many meals I never would’ve thought of making myself, but they’re all so good. The convenience is unreal. You just heat it up. I don't have to cook anything and I hate doing dishes, so that's a huge bonus. Plus, everything is always fresh, like I just bought it at the store. If you want easy healthy meals without worrying about fake or unhealthy ingredients this is 100% the way to go.“

The Zumba class is an escape from the stressors of daily life-like a night out dancing! Then I get to top it off with a delicious (healthy) drink! 😁The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, supportive and comfortable. It is a safe place to do your best and work at your level. I feel encouraged and supported by the FOCUS Team! I live a few towns away and that doesn’t stop me from making the drive (even with gas prices! Haha). I definitely recommend you give it a try.
