The food is delicious, full stop. But we were pretty disappointed with the service. We had a reservation but weren't seated until 30 minutes after it, and then our server didn't come back to see about drink refills until we were nearly done with our entrees.
We live in Lagrange. Lucca's is our forever go to restaurant. They never disappoint. From the food to the service it's always top notch. It's especially fantastic when we luck out and get Sarah as our server! She's literally the best! Also on many occasions, the GM, Esmeralda is floating around doing all she can to make sure your experience is great. She'll take time out of her schedule to come talk to the tables. Spectacular! Definitely a top spot in downtown lagrange. The front desk lady & Esmeralda took care of me and my guests that were breaking their fast for Ramadan. They were so considerate & respectful. They had the order rushed for us to be on time for us. The food was fresh & super tasteful. Pizza was delicious & so was the chicken parmigiana.
