Spectacular! Definitely a top spot in downtown lagrange. The front desk lady & Esmeralda took care of me and my guests that were breaking their fast for Ramadan. They were so considerate & respectful. They had the order rushed for us to be on time for us. The food was fresh & super tasteful. Pizza was delicious & so was the chicken parmigiana. The salad was very tasty with the sauce they had out for us. The vibe is classy & cozy. Wheel chair accessible and plenty of parking around. It was a bit pricey but definitely worth it. The service makes it worth it. Not to mention the place was spotless and clean! I loved it!

The food is delicious, full stop. But we were pretty disappointed with the service. We had a reservation but weren't seated until 30 minutes after it, and then our server didn't come back to see about drink refills until we were nearly done with our entrees.

We live in Lagrange. Lucca's is our forever go to restaurant. They never disappoint. From the food to the service it's always top notch. It's especially fantastic when we luck out and get Sarah as our server! She's literally the best! Also on many occasions, the GM, Esmeralda is floating around doing all she can to make sure your experience is great. She'll take time out of her schedule to come talk to the tables. Whether you live in Lagrange or you're “just visiting” do not miss this place!

We are so sorry we ever booked a reservation at Lucca's! We made a 7:30 reservation. When we presented to the hostess, she said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I asked what the point of a reservation was if we had to wait. She gave me some lame excuse with quite an attitude. We had to wait over half an hour before we got seated. My husband has health issues and waiting that long to eat is not good for him. The waitress was nice and so was the bartender. And not quite sure how anyone could mess up spumoni ice cream, but they sure did. Would never go again and definitely not recommend!!

Food was good. Service was slow but it was Valentine's Day so I take that into account and wasn't bothered by it. They did not honor my reservation that specifically stated 'standard' seating rather than 'high top' seating and was brushed off and told "we don't see that on our end." I did not appreciate the older woman's hostess attitude or tone. If that matters to you, I would call rather than make the reso online.

We had my daughter’s baby shower on a Saturday afternoon at Luccas. It could not have gone more perfectly. Esme and her staff went above and beyond to make sure: our set-up was executed exactly as we requested, the food was served on-time as discussed, the service was impeccable. The food couldn’t have been any better. Esme communicated with us throughout the event. Brian, our bartender, was personable and an exceptional mixologist. I highly recommend Luccas for parties!

I arrived shortly after opening @11am. A customer was apparently making a large and complicated order. I sat down, got up, walked around, and sat down again. It's now 15 minutes. I had ONE ITEM to order. The kitchen could have been working on it and I could have paid at pick up 30 minutes later, but NO! Back and forth, back and forth between the cashier and customer. (How much is that? How many will it feed? How much is the total? ...). A lot of people milling about. Someone, anyone, could have taken my order and it could have been in the oven before the cashier and customer were done with their tedium. When I asked if someone could take and place my single item order with the kitchen, the cashier said, No. The efficient and expedient thing to do would have been to have the waitress place my order with the kitchen.Line skipping? Who are you kidding? I saw 5 employees either idle or prepping AND you had a customer IN your restaurant ready to order. No pinch! It's about service. Walk in, order, pick up and pay. Absolutely ridiculous to force an electronic order when someone might not have their phone. There were no seated customers. You are saying that a customer has to order online or call the restaurant ... WHILE IN THE RESTAURANT. Think about that.Never again.(Edit) They send their promotional discounts ... ritually, but I STILL would not touch this placeThere's a nice restaurant just up the road that provides all you need ... and then some.

The experience from the minute we walked in until we left was exceptional. Our waiter Rodrigo provided food and drink recommendations that were absolutely fabulous. His knowledge of the menu was impressive. The entire staff was attentive but not overbearing. Will definitely be going back.
Loved our server! They were able to seat us just a bit earlier than our reservation...which was greatly appreciated!!!! Loved the noisy, fun, relaxed atmosphere! Our waitress was very attentive and even our busser was on top of his game. One bit of advice...GET THE ANTIPASTO appetizer!

Lovely atmosphere, staff was amazing and the food was exceptional. We took our kids here for a family lunch date yesterday, later in the afternoon before catching a movie. Our boys are 2 & 4, they loved being able to color on the table and both of them devoured the calamari. They were popping it in their mouths like popcorn! Mom and Dad enjoyed the experience very much, being able to relax and have a couple beers and munch a bit was a much needed treat. We'll definitely be back soon!
