I really liked passing by despite seeing that the drive thru was so full at lunch time, and there were people eating inside too but with room for more. I stopped by urgently because I had to bring something to my husband who couldn't go out shopping and I had agreed to take him lunch, and I had forgotten it. It was late, and my son was about to get home from summer school. I was in a hurry, and the cashier noticed it and tried to help me. Thank you very much for being there and for also being so kind to the older people who were in line before me. Thank you for having a very good teamwork at this McDonald's. “David was our server who was very attentive and kind , we had a coupon for a free appetizer we got the loaded potato chips they were stale had been reheated just like when you bring home for leftovers barely warm , we didn’t say anything we had the beef tenderloin sandwich which both were cooked just right and delicious We went back after the show for dessert asked for David , the dessert was excellent, bread pudding and strawberry shortcake, we had two coffees as well , when he brought them out they were barely luke warm he did make that right for us ,had to go to banquet room to get hot coffee, I know it was 10:15 and you close at 11 , but for 5 dollars for acup of coffee it should be fresh Our service was superb from him but pay a little more attention to temperatures of food We are subscribers and always on e there to eat, last time mashed potatoes were Luke warm had to be reheated“

“Order# 36 I love this location! Its located in my neighborhood so its super convenient. Especially with the app now you can order online pickup and go. The staff is great there. My younger brother usto work there. Unfortunately now they are understaffed i think i saw a total of 3 employees just now 😳 sandy and the crew are really holding it down. Even so i still got my order in a timely manner and they even offered to bring it up to my car but i didnt want to bring them out into the cold. “Went through the drive through I waited a few mns for my food. I gor a cheese burger and cheese curds. They came out piping hot! This is awesome and they held the heat in well.

“I've been here three times in the past year and have been wowed each time. The employees are always nice and accommodating. The food is perfect each time, the bathrooms and restaurant itself are very clean, and the space is welcoming! That's saying a lot from someone who worked in a lot of restaurants over the years and can easily spot issues. Bagels are chewy, thaw nicely after being in my freezer for a bit, and make excellent sandwiches. Thank you for the Windex and cleaning up my water bottle catastrophe ;)“

“This place is really pretty special. It’s been such a great addition to the Ravinia and HP area. The food is always great and the atmosphere is just super chill and unique. Where else in HP can you sit outside eating burgers with your buds on a warm summer evening while the family at the table next to you is singing a song about a magical unicorn? Chef Bryan(I hope I spelled his name right) is a super cool dude and works magic on that grill. Really couldn’t ask for a better place if you just want a relaxed dinner and evening.“

“I ordered a small request of chicken tenders and cheese curds (that's it!!) And it took almost 30 minutes for them to get it to me. So much for fast food. The worst part was I ordered takeout, so by the time I got home, both the chicken and the curds were cold. But every other time has been no problem, with really good food.

Parking: Lots of spots

Kid-friendliness: Really nice to children- they have special bags that kids meals come in, and prizes behind the counter for frequent visitors, not to mention the number of booths which we all know kids love for some reason...“
