Every time I go, there's a guy greeting In a cheerful manner. I love the atmosphere of this location. I work in waukegan so when I go I usually just pick up but I love going there and being greeted in a cheerful and happy manner. Food is always good and Cajun fries are delicious!!
Ronald was amazing
I had not been to a Five Guys in forever, but what an experience here! Tai (sp?) has the best customer service skills! Personable, bubbly, funny--she's a keeper! The guy on the flat top was singing along to the tunes, grooving. Great atmosphere, awesome staff.
