“Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“

So now I had to drive to the front and go in there are two people working and I said I don't think your drive-through is working and Jason said, oh. No apology no welcome or thank you The car behind me ended up coming inside as well. Zero sense of urgency. Then a 3rd car came in. Sign on the drive-through is broken so I wonder if they know or not. Huge line customers wandering aimlessly. The open sign is not turned on, so we weren't even sure if the restaurant was open. This place needs management to retrain these employees. If I was the manager or owner, I would fire these employees.“

“My wife and cousin bought drinks from this place. The young gentleman that made our drinks was very friendly and polite. After receiving our order we had to leave in a hurry as we were heading to a meeting. My wife accidentally left her purse containing her cards, cash, IDs and most importantly her medications on one of the seats inside. Unfortunately she didn’t notice that her purse was missing until later that night and the store was closed by then. Needless to say she didn’t get a good nights sleep as she was worried that she wouldn’t see her purse again. The next day she came back not really expecting anything but got a pleasant surprise when the young guy(not the same as the one who served us) that opened the store handed her back her purse with everything still intact. With the terrible things we hear and see in the news and oftentimes we experience ourselves, it’s amazing to know that there are still decent and honest people out there and especially in this store. Kudos to these young lads and to the people who raised them.“

“I’m from NY and wanted some boba found this spot online and saw the mixed reviews. I got the brown sugar milk tea and coconut milk tea. The brown sugar is very sweet and I would say I have a relatively big sweet tooth so while I did enjoy it, it was slightly too much for me. 9/10. The coconut milk tea is also very sweet and has a strong coconut flavor almost like I was eating a raffaello. A new flavor that I took a chance on and was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and the drinks were made quickly. The tapioca pearls themselves were hard and felt old so I would recommend skipping out on that.
TLDR; the teas are good and sweet for dessert, the pearls are not the greatest and I wouldn’t recommend. Overall 9.5/10“
