“They always serve fresh items & is spotlessly clean. The team is friendly, helpful, & impressively fast & efficient. My son didn’t like the icing on his cinnamon roll that was priced @ $3.75, so I asked to exchange it for blueberry muffins priced @ $3.25 & told them to keep the $0.50 difference or keep .50 cents. Even though exchanges aren’t their policy, the staff kindly obliged & gave us blueberry muffins. Great service & thoughtful team!“

“The food genuinely surprised me. It was flavorful and juicy. I had the cowboy with a side of fries. The fries have a perfectly crispy exterior and soft melt in your mouth interior. The seasoning blend used is excellent. I have to say they were the best fries I have had from a restaurant fast food or traditional. “Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! The froyo machines hummed like they were whispering secrets about my dreams. So many flavors. Too many flavors. Vanilla. Chocolate. Strawberry. Pineapple. Each one a different version of the person I could’ve been if things had just gone so much differently.

I chose cookies & creme boba frappé.

The boba sank to the bottom of the cup like my trust issues.
I stabbed at them with the spoon and it felt good.

It was creamy.
Too creamy.
Like it understood me.

The toppings bar glittered under fluorescent lighting — gummy bears smiling like they’ve never known heartbreak. Sprinkles scattered like optimism.

2.- you sign up I know their rewards and you can have free ice cream.

They have an impressive variety of ice creams and popsicles, when you enter you will crave everything….

The last time I ordered some dorillocos... I'm a little harsh with the rating and I give them a 3, they could include lemon, cucumber and more cueritos, they almost didn't have them.

The ice creams pffff are a delight just like the horchata water.

Parking: Well, it's not very big but cars come and go constantly, which means you won't wait more than 3 minutes to find your box.
