“How crazy is this. Going to Sunset Foods I saw this sign in the window of a storefront to the West. Fortunately I found BRIGHT BOWLS owned and operated by a Highland Parker named Lindsay. I can’t describe the ambiance and wonderful products. You need to experience on your own. My favorite so far is the LoveABowl. Enjoy on site or to go. Get Bright Butter, Bright Granola and Bright Smiles. Tell the staff Larry sent you. Hmmmm“

“Delightful little juice bar that has wide variety of juices, bowls, and even soups, salads and sandwiches. everything is so tasty. The only warning is that some items are so tasty that you can’t stop thinking about it. We go to the one in Highland Park.“

“The Banh Mi sandwich was honestly one of the best ones I've ever had. The lemongrass chicken was juicy and flavorful. The bread was exactly how it should be (crunchy outside, soft and fresh inside). All the veggies (carrots, daikon, cilantro, cucumbers) were fresh. The sauce was a perfect amount which brought everything together beautifully.“

“The food genuinely surprised me. It was flavorful and juicy. I had the cowboy with a side of fries. The fries have a perfectly crispy exterior and soft melt in your mouth interior. The seasoning blend used is excellent. I have to say they were the best fries I have had from a restaurant fast food or traditional. I chose this place to celebrate my wife graduating from Navy boot camp in Great lakes. For her first burger, fries, and shake in two months. Thank you for excellent food and atmosphere. “I stopped by on an early Sunday afternoon to get some work done on my laptop, and the place was packed. Not to mention, the parking lot was full but there is 30 minute and 2 hour parking a short walk away, so don’t get discouraged if you’re driving here! I ordered a small iced latte and HT breakfast sandwich, and both were sooo good. I really want to try the wrap next time I come here. The espresso has an original flavor and the sandwich was simple with light ingredients but was also very tasty. The atmosphere is very lively so I didn’t stay to study for long since it was busy and booming with conversation, but I can’t complain! It’s lovely to see everyone enjoying their time here as much as I did. I even shared my table with two lovely ladies because they asked so nicely and who am I to refuse? lol. very nice community feel and staff is super helpful and kind.“
