“How crazy is this. Going to Sunset Foods I saw this sign in the window of a storefront to the West. Fortunately I found BRIGHT BOWLS owned and operated by a Highland Parker named Lindsay. I can’t describe the ambiance and wonderful products. You need to experience on your own. My favorite so far is the LoveABowl. Enjoy on site or to go. Get Bright Butter, Bright Granola and Bright Smiles. Tell the staff Larry sent you. Hmmmm“

“Delightful little juice bar that has wide variety of juices, bowls, and even soups, salads and sandwiches. everything is so tasty. The only warning is that some items are so tasty that you can’t stop thinking about it. We go to the one in Highland Park.“

“Blind Faith continues to be one of the best spots for vegan, vegeterian and macrobiotic dining in the entire Chicago area. The food is delicious, the service attentive and the atmosphere warm. The menu offers dishes to please any diner, including some that incorporate eggs and dairy. The desserts are scrumptious. If I lived closer, I would go there often. Highly recommend.“

“Have been here several times for their chai latte which, my opinion, is fantastic. I’ve also had their bagel melt with a turkey sausage and it was great. It came with a side of chips. Very close to the chicago botanical garden and prices are good. Really nice atmosphere, kind of like a bistro. Fun place to go to, and the people are great.“

After they tell me I can eat again, I have a feeling the smoothies will stay. They are that good but their food items look fantastic as well. “Im in town visiting family. I love this place! Im originally from around here. I miss the city and walking everywhere. I live in an area i can't walk to shops. Loved walking and spending time at Khepri. Been here 2x this week. I ordered the panang chicken and new banana latte with cold foam to go. Service was amazing and such friendly staff. The latte was so good, sweet. I hope the barista was right when i asked if this banana latte will be a regular on the menu. The small bites chicken dish was just the right size to hold me till later today for dinner. Thank you for the yummy latte and delicious tasting panang chicken. I will definitely be coming back next time I visit.“

“This place was great. Easy parking (during a wee day), friendly and patient staff, excellent Ube muffin. (I ate so fast I didn’t take a picture). I got a Malibu smoothie. It was ok, seemed like there was a good bit of ice in it. I also got a Skinny Genes juice. It was WONDERFUL!!! Looks like the company is changing their name to Gimme Cafe as of July 6th 2026 on their website. Updated from previous review on 2026-07-06“

“The Banh Mi sandwich was honestly one of the best ones I've ever had. The lemongrass chicken was juicy and flavorful. The bread was exactly how it should be (crunchy outside, soft and fresh inside). All the veggies (carrots, daikon, cilantro, cucumbers) were fresh. The sauce was a perfect amount which brought everything together beautifully.“

Not to mention, the parking lot was full but there is 30 minute and 2 hour parking a short walk away, so don’t get discouraged if you’re driving here! I ordered a small iced latte and HT breakfast sandwich, and both were sooo good. I really want to try the wrap next time I come here. The espresso has an original flavor and the sandwich was simple with light ingredients but was also very tasty. The atmosphere is very lively so I didn’t stay to study for long since it was busy and booming with conversation, but I can’t complain! “Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“
