I ordered the most expensive pizza hoping that there would be a good amount of toppings and cheese This is what I got roughly cut green peppers and onions everywhere and no cheese You can see by the picture and then when I called the person was extremely rude and told me that's what you get if you don't like it that's your problem. I called back to talk about my dysfatisfaction and the young kid that made my pizza started swearing and threatening me to the point where I felt I had to call the police for my own safety cuz he knew my address I plan on reaching out to the better Business bureau for this there's no reason an employee should be able to use swear words and threaten a customer over the phone If he is not fired by the time I talk to the owner I am going to file a lawsuit for threatening and I'm filing a police report!

We have been a customer for years and have always loved the food. Until last night. Wings and mozzarella sticks were fine, but the pizza was horrible. Too much thick, flavorless cheese. Sauce was overly sweet. The crust was underbaked. Toppings (sausage and onion) were scarce. Not the same recipe we have always enjoyed. I don't know that we will return.

We ordered 2 Italian cheese one meatball sandwich order a prize for your Lake In The Hills location. The food came about our after we ordered it. It was ice cold. My wife is called ask to speak to the manager the person that answerer said he was the manager told him food was ice cold said he would give us credit or make new food we said mak us new food 40 min later the food came again the secont time the food was hot but there was very very little meat on the sandwichs we ask for them to be wet there was mo gravy no peppers on sandwiches. My wife called back ssme person answer the phone said manager was gonne said he could be the manager if thats what you want.. my wife got in the car went to the restraunt only to be talk down to her. That is no way to run a small busniss in a small town. We have lived in thus town for 35 yesrs and ordered from there many of time. We will be sure to tell sll our friends and neighbors to wirte reviews and go elsewhere where they appreciate our business Very very upset former customer hoping who ever buy there business dose a better job!!!!!!

Order a large pizza with pepperoni and half sausage and green peppers, told 30 mins which would have meant 615, husband goes to pick it up, told they haven't made it yet, so he waits another 30 mins , he goes in again and the guy said oh, we didnt add the pepperoni, huh, why not, husband already annoyed and said whatever just give it to me, the guy did offer to deliver and pizza but wouldnt go where we live, St. Charles, I lived in the area and was craving pizza from here. Guy said oh , yeah we wont do that, didnt think you would. Husband gets home and they gave him a medium pizza, smh. The worst service seriously ever

I ordered a pizza for the family the other night. The only thing good was the price. It was dough and cheese. No sauce at all. No flavor. I called the following day. I told the person about my experience and asked if the changed the recipe. I have ordered from them for over 20 years off and on, and it was always good. I even had them cater several parties.
The person I spoke to said they did not change the recipe but they were getting a couple complaints about using too much sauce and that the pizza was soggy. So you went from too much to none? I pealed the cheese back and barely saw a red color. Just the crust, So, I get a tasteless pizza because a couple people complained. You make pizza for a living. Figure it out, find a happy medium. No one wants a dry sauceless pizza! If I never ordered from them before I would never go back thinking this pizza is awful! More than likely I won’t go back just on how they handled the situation, No apology, or even an offer to make it right. I’ll order from Sals or Rosati’s going forward.
Great pizza. Every time I come in they greet me with a hello and leave me with a “thank you for your order”.

I scheduled a delivery for 7:00, it came an hour early, and was warm, not hot. So, I guess the people who needed the pizza at 7:00 will have room temperature pizza. The delivery driver insisted a balance was due after I had paid online. 3rd time this has happened. I want hot pizza, delivered when promised, and not have to argue with a delivery driver. That’s all I want.

Great owner and GREAT PIZZA! Man I forgot how different they are since I moved but got it today and just cause it's a chain doesn't mean they all taste the same. This little pizzeria near Ace is the spot. For the price it's the best pizza in town.

I work next door at Famous Fadez and decided to try out the place and it didn’t disappoint, food quality was nice I got a burger and pasta and it was amazing so far this my new favorite place to eat. (Drego)
