Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I come to Tropical Smoothie for the smoothies - not the food. To me it's a smoothie place, not a food place.
Every coupon or offer that comes out involves food. How about for those of us that just want smoothies?
The smoothies taste good and I thought they were healthy. But upon checking they are not. They are loaded with sugar. My favorite is the SUNRISE SUNSET. But as much as I love it I don't want all the sugar.
So bottom line is the Smoothie tastes great, but not healthy as most think. And offers should be for Smoothies - instead of food all the time.

Smoothies and food!! Great place! Friendly staff always! I have never used the drive thru option it looks busy always. Walking in is usually no line.

Had 3 coupons that they told me they would honor all 3. one of them was my birthday coupon. I got the tropical carmelized pineapple smoothie and they refused to honor the other 2 coupons. For some reason, so I left all upset. my smoothie tasted. Horrible. I went back because the shift manager Brynn told me that she would remake it for me and I went back and she refused to remake it. So now I wasted my birthday coupon and my other 2 coupons are gonna go to waste now too, because they refuse to honor them. Weather or not I remain a tropical smoothie customer at all, including this location remains to be determined but probably not. used to be A somewhat regular customer, sadly that probably will not continue, if the issues are properly fixed, maybe, but both are unlikely/probably nor gonna happen.

There is only one place I know with better smoothies and that's my home. Unfortunately, the worker there is too lazy to make smoothies sometimes. Prices could be better, but that's the way it is.

There’s little to no workers here, and when I finally seen the manager, they were extremely unprofessional. Maybe when they have more baristas it’ll be better. But the managers? Yeesh.

Disappointed because both times I've gotten smoothie bowls they've clearly been taken out of a freezer and are rock solid and freezer burnt. Would like to have one that is freshly made

Per usual, the smoothie was good, but the acai bowl that I had was completely frozen over. However, my big concern with Tropical was the time it take to get my friend's smoothie. It took about 30 minutes to get one smoothie, when there was not even a line! This has happened before at this location*. So, I would recommend that if you want Tropical, then you should venture to another location.

Came here this morning at 11am. There were 3 girls working there. We come here all the time and enjoy the food and atmosphere. But today I had to do a special shout out to the 3 girls there this morning. With the free smoothie rewards going on they were overpacked inside and drive-thru. They did an amazing job keeping the drive-thru line flowing, and the inside people in and out and everyone happy. Please tell these girls they absolutely killed it because I didn’t have time to with how fast they were moving.

Zoe is amazing! This is the best smoothie I’ve ever had! Absolutely fantastic service and amazing personality. I’ve never seen such smiley and bubbly person. The skip in her step is rival to none and she such a positive and upbeat attitude! She is definitely pretty.
