Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Tropical Smoothie is a company I enjoy going to every location because they are consistent and they must treat their employees good to have great employees at every location. This location in particular has been so great they always help me out if I need it and are quick to greet me at the door. The manager here is so nice and no matter how busy he is he makes sure to have face time with the customers which is hard to find in managers these days so that's refreshing to be around.

I love the quick drive thru, in this heat who wants to get out of their car. Jess always greets everyone with a smile!

Came in for a pickup order, the employee barely looked and said “it’ll be ready” walked away and never acknowledged me again. Waited another 20 minutes and then finally I got up and asked a different employee and after actually looking at the orders, mine had been sitting since I arrived inside.

Went through drive thru and ordered one thing a Thai Chicken Salad. I get home and no dressing is on it and no packets. I tried calling twice no answer. Can’t get one thing right just a bed of lettuce and chicken

Not as good as other Tropical Smoothies I’ve been to. I ordered 6 smoothies for my family and it took forever. Not blended well. Won’t be back.

I went through the drive thru when I went here. The customer service was great and the line moved fairly quickly. The smoothie was also delicious!

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe and I tried a new location on 6/7 thinking they were all the same, but I ordered an acai bowl in an empty restaurant and waited 10 minutes (I counted) just for them to walk up to me with a freezer burnt bowl. I literally asked them if they got it out of the freezer because it was like eating shards of ice, I couldn't even dig into it and they said yes. It took 10 minutes to grab me something out of the freezer? So I asked them to make me a fresh one and instead of doing so, the morning advisor for the day came up and told me that they're fresh but premade so, no, I could not get one made on the spot. I wasn't offered for it to be corrected, refunded or substituted it for something else, I left dissatisfied.

Had a Bahama mama today but instead of white chocolate in it I substituted that for a banana ,I figured a banana was better for me than the chocolate!So delicious! I also added extra coconut in mine! My favorite! I could enjoy one every day! If only it was closer to my subdivision.

I come to Tropical Smoothie for the smoothies - not the food. To me it's a smoothie place, not a food place.
Every coupon or offer that comes out involves food. How about for those of us that just want smoothies?
The smoothies taste good and I thought they were healthy. But upon checking they are not. They are loaded with sugar. My favorite is the SUNRISE SUNSET. But as much as I love it I don't want all the sugar.
So bottom line is the Smoothie tastes great, but not healthy as most think. And offers should be for Smoothies - instead of food all the time.

Smoothies and food!! Great place! Friendly staff always! I have never used the drive thru option it looks busy always. Walking in is usually no line.

Had 3 coupons that they told me they would honor all 3. one of them was my birthday coupon. I got the tropical carmelized pineapple smoothie and they refused to honor the other 2 coupons. For some reason, so I left all upset. my smoothie tasted. Horrible. I went back because the shift manager Brynn told me that she would remake it for me and I went back and she refused to remake it. So now I wasted my birthday coupon and my other 2 coupons are gonna go to waste now too, because they refuse to honor them. Weather or not I remain a tropical smoothie customer at all, including this location remains to be determined but probably not. used to be A somewhat regular customer, sadly that probably will not continue, if the issues are properly fixed, maybe, but both are unlikely/probably nor gonna happen.

There is only one place I know with better smoothies and that's my home. Unfortunately, the worker there is too lazy to make smoothies sometimes. Prices could be better, but that's the way it is.
