“Just dined here for the first time! (A friend of mine who's a server at nearby Italian steakhouse, Lago, referred me to Eggshells, and told me to check out their corned beef!) His recommendation was spot-on! I had a great meal at Eggshells! Their menu's so big and full of great selections, I couldn't make up my mind, so I ordered the Irish Skillet (which of course had corned beef as its main ingredient) plus the Smoked Salmon Platter (note: this item doesn't come with a bagel, so I ordered an Everything Bagel too)! For drinks, I had coffee and orange juice. Everything tasted fresh and DELICIOUS! Plus, my server, Kaitilin, did a fantastic job with her fast, friendly and efficient service! I also liked how upbeat, welcoming and clean the restaurant looked! I'll definitely be coming back!!!“

“We were a party of 6 Adults sitting at a round table. We are all coffee drinkers. Our waiter was Attentive and very helpful at answering our various questions about the menu. The food arrived in a timely manner and every said that the Food was delicious.“

“I used to live 1 street over from the restaurant for years and haven’t been back since I moved. The food is even better than it was 15+ years ago. Next time I’m in town around lunchtime I will definitely be stopping here to eat. Next time I’ll need to other of their smoked meats. I had the burnt ends and beef brisket which were excellent . I want try it all.“

“My fiancé and I tried the new Ottawa location just after lunch on a Sunday. Quick seating and service. The staff was great and the FOOD- it was so delicious. I had the churro waffle and she had the chicken and avocado panini. I hope this place lasts and we think it’s a great new spot for the area!“

“I rarely eat out these days because it’s hard to find places that truly care about using quality ingredients, but this place blew me away! The food is absolutely delicious, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The Million Dollar Bacon is incredible—perfectly cooked and so flavorful. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!“

“10 stars We came here hungry and they delivered! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and so mouthwatering. Scott (host) was very pleasant and even helped take our pictures. Our waiter Marlon was very attentive to us, they were clearly informed of the menu and had great recommendations. We will definitely be back and will keep sharing the incredible experience we had with others. Thank you, Honey Berry!!! Great hire manager. They deserve a raise.“

“Thursday morning, December 22, several family members met for breakfast at Egg Harbor in Barrington. This week was special because we were celebrating Christmas together while feeling the emptiness of a second Christmas without Marlene (wife, sister, sister-in-law). When my brother-in-law went to settle our bill, he was advised that someone had already paid our tab. Thank you, stranger, for your act of kindness. You lifted my spirit more than you can imagine. I hope to pay it forward. If you are reading this, I thank you and wish you peace.“

“Our first visit here and yes we will be back! The staff is attentive and just happy to be there. The offerings were American with a side of Cajun and southern fare. I had to order the catfish and grits definitely worth trying especially if your a fan of Cajun spices. I would also recommend the crabby Benedict’s and the raisin toast. Well done!“

“The manager Johnny was the only person serving tables when my friends and I came in to work on homework and eat and despite being the only person serving tables he was extremely attentive and seemed happy to serve us. He seems very passionate about his work and creating a positive experience for customers. Thank you Johnny for the great service“

“Terrific little hidden neighborhood spot on Main, the old 22 right in the middle of town. Service was excellent, clean and comfortable.
Parking: Rear Parking and a back door you don't realize until after the first visit.“
