“Quality custard at a fair price! I really enjoyed the seasonal pumpkin spice frozen custard. The product is very rich and has a delicious creamy texture. Everything from the friendly customer service at the window, the cleanliness of the shop, and the unique taste of the frozen custard, was top notch. Will definitely be coming back!!“

“Crumbl in Hoffman Estates is a sweet stop for anyone with a cookie craving. The rotating menu keeps things exciting, with new flavors to try every week alongside the classic favorites. The cookies are big, fresh, and usually warm, making them perfect for sharing (or not!). The store is clean, and the service is quick and friendly. Prices are a little high, but the quality and unique flavors make it worth it.“

“I just want to give a shoutout to Arlington Heights IL Crumbl. On a day they were slammed due to Dubai week—they prepped my order an hour early, so I could make it to the hospital, to see my dad, in time for visiting hours. Young lady at the front, Tuesday the 19th, was fantastic. Thank you.

“Small little place with SO MANY options. Love it here! Even when we come in close to closing the staff is friendly and helpful and makes our orders correctly and lets us take our time deciding what we want. Cute place with a few seats inside and more outside. Will be back soon!“

“Bamboo Spoon has such a great selection of things I never make it back to try them all .. They do Frozen Yogurt, many flavors with lots of stuff to put it in, they just added a premium high milkfat ice cream .. they do organic smoothies and lots of different bubble teas .. they also have the 'protien' so that one could go there with people on a couple of diets, ones that didn't care and some kids and everyone would find something they liked... And something they would like to try next time! They are happy to customize for you! Everything is clean and well managed, and everyone is pleasant. I stop there regularly .. Nice stop after dinner in the Arboretum or after a massage at Elements next door! :)“
