“We were in Illinois to try the Golden Bear restaurant. It was so crowded, we decided to try Chick-fil-A’s breakfast for the first time. We’ve had dinner items, but never breakfast.

I can’t say we were disappointed!! The food was so delicious!!! I love their little hash browns!! The breakfast sandwiches were good with the jelly! I wasn’t sure how that would taste on chicken!😳 It was pretty darn good!!🤤

We also got shakes, because their shakes are delicious!!🥰 I love them! Anyway, my husband and I found a park and we ate, and enjoyed people watching!😂 But anyway, it has never disappointed! If you haven’t had the breakfast, give them a try!!“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

Vegetarian options: They have a grilled veggie sandwich that is delicious!

“Jay at the counter was amazing! We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. Thanks Jay!!“

“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

“The cheese on the burger wasn't melted at all. The fries were medium warm, and the employees' uniforms were all over the place, dirty and sagging and let's not get on these ladies' hairstyles. Multi colored hair. Long weaves. All with zero hair nets.“

“The girls working were very nice, but stressed it seemed. There was a woman with her daughter that kept arguing with the managers about returning a blizzard that was purchase the day before and got upset when the girls said that they have a same day policy. They still kept the line going, but honestly that exchange put a sour taste in my mouth. Literally why are you trying to return ice cream the next day? Anyways the ice cream was pretty good, but the workers don’t seem respected at all.“
