“I found this place while searching for paczki last year. Since then it's not only become my go-to for paczki, but I've bought many things from their deli, and have gone there just to get sandwiches for lunch. It's always busy! Everyone that works there is so very nice! This is a hidden gem in the burbs! True European style pastries and fresh and frozen slavic foods! Their dumplings are amazing! I only wish they had a place to sit and that they sold fresh coffee to go with the pastries.“

“Trying to find new Polish Deli's. Purchased several items, and very happy with them. Disappointed in the potato dumplings, don't understand why they are spongy. Everything else I purchased was good. Will go back to try more things.“

“The food here is really good,but trying to dine in is rodiculous. So difficult to find a parking space. Their answer is to park across the street and then pretend you are Frogger trying to make it onto the lilly pad without getting run over by the traffic on Ogden.“

“We’ve eaten here for lunch many times and the food is always amazing! We’ve tried a lot of the menu but you can’t go wrong with one of their sandwiches and soups. They even have a little salad bar area where you can build your own plate and the options there are tasty! Turkey panini or the Italian sub is probably are go to orders.“

“l never write reviews, but after my experience today, I have too. I stopped at your Jewel this morning to pick up a few things with my elderly Mom. We came in the doors near Osco entrance, an the first thing I see are wet shopping carts filled with snow blocking the dry carts. One of your employees 'Laura M' must have seen us come in, an she immediately helped navigate the carts getting us a dry cart, the entire time she was making sure my mom (who walks with a cane) stayed on the dry area of the floor so she didn't fall, an kept repeatedly apologizing about the snowy carts. I was so surprised an Im very thankful that 'Laura M' was there to help us. Im so used too having too look for help, an not finding anyone. I will be returning to this Jewel more frequently, who have kind & compassionate employees.“
“Honestly, I come here at least twice a week for lunch and it never disappoints. The sandwiches are absolutely loaded—they definitely don't skimp on the meat.
My go-to is the Turkey Club, but honestly, everything I've tried has been solid. The bread is always super fresh, which makes a huge difference. Plus, the staff is incredibly fast and friendly, even when they're slammed during the noon rush.
Prices are totally reasonable for the portion sizes you get nowadays. If you're looking for a quick, no-nonsense, delicious lunch spot, this is it. 10/10 recommend!“
“Best cashiers I have ever met. Hard working family people. Unfortunately their self pay stations always always fail. They are the very worst. Managers should visit a Sam's Club to see how it is suppose to work. Why no hand wand to ring up heavy items in the cart? Still haven't put croissants in the data base.“

“The food was simply fantastic. I ordered the Lithuanian beef sandwich, it was constructed to perfection. The beef was tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. It’s clear they use high-quality ingredients. For a international European store, there is a vast variety of food you will explore there. Overall, Peter’s Deli in Lemont is a hidden gem with the best family-friendly atmosphere and a landmark on this planet. I’ll definitely be returning!
Dietary restrictions: While I don’t have any dietary restrictions, I did notice they have several options available for those who might need gluten-free or vegetarian choices, which is great to see at a deli.
Parking: Parking is convenient with plenty of spots available in their lot always. I had no problem finding a spot even during a busy lunchtime. There’s a good-sized parking area right next to the deli, making it easy to stop by whether you're grabbing takeout or dining in.
Kid-friendliness: They embraced my kids with friendliness and joy.“
