“First let me say I’ve been to this location many times overall it’s good. But today was not so good. Long story short, it took 18mins to receive my smoothie and that’s after I brought their attention to it.
I got the Blimey Limey with vitamin C. Tastes great“

“I came here two days back to back - one afternoon for a smoothie and next morning for breakfast and this is one of the best cafe's I've been too. The staff really took great care to prepare my smoothie perfectly and it was delicious! Next morning, the breakfast was healthy with great taste as well. What impressed me most was the outstanding service provided by JC and Eric this morning. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my meal and I was treated very well!. Kudos to JC and Eric for their excellent service who are superstars themselves and Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a 5-Star cafe!

“First time coming to the Lockport location! I walked in and Cynthia was so sweet! The place was super clean and inviting! I wasn’t sure what to get and she said strawberry breeze was one of her favorites! I said surprise me! Well it was super delicious! I came for my birthday coupon and will definitely be back! 👏🏼“

“Smoothies are great! I love all the additional add on options! The watermelon with the lime straw was really cool. The jerk chicken quesadilla and wrap were okay not as good as I hoped. Jalapeño corn was good Willing to try another sandwich in the future. But the smoothies definitely did not disappoint!“

“My very first time trying them was today 5/28/23 got off work and decided to wait this location has the best customer service ever wanted to double back twice in one day went to the Lombard location and walked right out drove here to downers grove everyone welcomed me and was really sweet here I LOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE“

“First time coming to this location. We were greeted pleasantly and there weren’t any other customers around until later. I ordered a pistachio milk tea with milk cap but I guess the employee gave me an almond milk tea with milk cap instead. I’ve been to other locations, so this was the first time that my order was wrong. I didn’t get it changed since the almond milk was good at 50% sugar with less ice. I’ll still take a star away because pistachio and almonds are two different nuts, not the same.“

“This was our first time eating at YiaYia's Cafe in Hinsdale, Illinois. The restaurant and bathroom was very clean. The food was great tasting and perfect portions. The waitress was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be coming back to eat here again!

“I've been going to Red Mango every week for over a year and they have the best acai bowls. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. Their menu is extensive and I have never had a problem. All the customers I encounter seem to be satisfied.“
“The coffee is getting better. 1st time was so acidic. Nice staff and they offer a Veteran's discount. The cups are lovely. The tiny donuts were very hard, bur economical. They should be replaced ot microwaved before selling. Nice coffee. I just take black.“

“The ice cream is great, but the online ordering process is a bit odd. Once I showed up, I told the worker my name, and I thought he asked for my ID. I showed him my driver's license, which matched my order, but somehow, that wasn't good enough. I had to stand there and wait for my wife to send me a screenshot of our order. It wasn't a bad experience, but there is definitely room for opportunity.“

“i tried the blondie drink 1/2 sweet and it wasn’t too bad but i didn’t realize how HUGE the large is so that was my fault lol. i probably wouldn’t order that drink again but the girl that took my order was very kind!
Update: I loved the Cookie Butter Blondie with Extra Caramel 10/10. I recommend that drink if you like a sweet coffee. but if not, don’t order it with extra caramel or cold foam!“
