Very confusing experience with the pickup-only policy
I stopped by the Chipotle in Libertyville hoping to place a quick order. I completely understand if the restaurant is temporarily not allowing dine-in customers due to maintenance or other issues. However, what I don’t understand is why customers who are physically standing inside the restaurant cannot simply place an order at the counter for pickup.

Used to come to this location as a kid all the time. Just came here today and it turns out that they're only taking online orders they won't even serve you if you go inside. What ridiculous and poor decision to make for a business.
