I grew up there two houses away where my grandparents lived the Durrs. I can remember being a Little tike walking from my grandparents house in through the front door climbing up on a bar stool next to my grandfather ordering a Coca-Cola best times of my life!
Cycling Route 66 from the UK, stopped at nearby Motel and this is nearest watering hole. Super helpful Amber made us so welcome and supported our rehydration. It thunderstormed and poured well outside as well as in. She helped us order food to be delivered too so we didn't have to get wet/go hungry. Full marks - kind, generous and friendly local.

Never been to this city ever. I travel a lot. My lil ranger hit some debris on the highway and my brake line got severed so I got stuck here for the night.
