“From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. Mason, our server, greeted us with such great energy and immediately walked us through the menu and the specials of the day. While we were still deciding what to order, he surprised us with a complimentary appetizer, which was such a thoughtful touch!

The bluefin toro we ordered was absolutely stunning — beautifully presented, incredibly delicate, and most importantly, delicious. My family also tried the Baby Shark Maki, Salmon Obsession Maki, and the Sushi & Maki Bento Box. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It truly felt like a perfect dinner from start to finish.

Just when we thought the experience couldn’t get any better, Mason asked about our meal while we were paying and then surprised us with a complimentary plate of Super White tuna as a welcome gift for first-time guests! He even took the time to explain how it was prepared — super professional and clearly passionate about what he does.

“Our family spent the weekend at the Lincolnshire Marriott to celebrate our parent's 65th wedding anniversary. We were welcomed and felt like royalty. My parents had phoned the Marriott prior to our stay and spoke with Brad, a manager. We were over-the-top surprised with the friendly greeting upon arrival, staff congratulating our parents, rooms close together and accessible for my parents from the lobby, pool and restaurant areas. The weekend was perfect. The hotel is busy, had several weddings in progress, but all patrons were taken care of as if they weren't busy. The front desk staff is so patient and friendly. The servers and cooks at the Three Embers (ate there for breakfast only) were top-notch. There is a beautiful outdoor seating area in the evening with fire tables and patio lighting. Brad, the manager, was accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. It was the perfect choice for our little family celebration. Thanks to all at the Marriott Lincolnshire.”
