I've been coming here for over a year now to the point where they know my drink. As soon as I walked through the door they confirm my drink & start making it and are very friendly for the most part. But there has been VERY FEW times where my iced coffee has come out watery & tasteless so I KINDLY ask them to fix it (redo it), and the lady would start catching an attitude & starts complaining in her language in front of me out loud (because that's what it seems like based on demeanor...read full review
It's real busy. They got order wrong. Took awhile to remake it. Staff lady was agitated and overwhelmed. She made order again. Location is clean. Its 24 hours. Good parking. So so. Plan ahead. Quick search online to find location.

The lady who took my order was being obnoxiously loud while talking to her co-worker. On top of that I had ordered a medium iced French vanilla latte and she didn't even add the French vanilla syrup. The customer service at this Dunkin is awful.
