Had a great experience at Falafel and Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the portions were generous.
A special thanks to Ismail, who made the visit even better with his friendly attitude and excellent customer service. He was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.
Highly recommend Falafel and Grill to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Waited 30 mins for a simple wrap to be made. My friends and I came here for lunch. They got their food first..20 mins go by I still haven’t gotten my food…and let me mind you it’s just. Wrap…another 10 mins go by my friends are done eating . I had to go up to the front and to see my order just sitting tbh were while they where just talking to the back.
And ohh the wrap was okay…and it was not busy at all….not coming back.

I guess it depends on what you order is hit or miss. Meat was awesome, while on the other side falafel was tasteless.

Im gonna be honest here. There is no way this place is not shutting down soon. I walk in. Zero customers. No employees. I heard someone call out someone else from the back. A guy walked out and acted as if he hadn't handled a customer all day. I asked for a kifta plate with no rice. Some extra hummus. He said he can only give me extra salad. Very silent minute went by , up until I told him just make it a kifta sandwich. I added fries and a bottle of water to that. And figured I'd try their falafel. Ordered a 6pc.
Now for the ratings:
Kifta 3/10 no flavor. After a couple of bites into the sandwich, It started smelling weird. I left it alone. Dont know if it was old meat or just the smell of lamb. But def. Not normal for kifta meat.
Falafel 3/10 they seem to love coriander so much they poured a load of it in their falafel batter. Horrible.
Fries 8/10 I guess frying frozen potatoes was safe for them not to mess up.
Over all. I would never comeback to this place. Too slow to be having fresh food. Be aware from food poisoning. Im sure that's what u will end up with... Avoid.Avoid.Avoid
P.S in Response to the owner. This is for lincolnwood location. I deleted the other location review as I noticed I chose the wrong location at first.

After my review was posted I receive a reply from Mr. Baker assuming he was the owner. I must admit. He handled the matter almost immediately. Went to the Lincolnwood location. Pulled out my receipt and issued a refund immediately. I mean to be honest. That was the best customer service received from management in a long time. Thank you Mr. Baker for ur prestigious actions. Very professional response

We had the beef shawarma lunch special and mixed grill. Everything was good, with the chicken pieces and meat pieces really dominating over the kabob. Shawarma wrap was also excellent as was the soup. Kifta kabob was a bit drier than I'd prefer.

The food here is amazing and fresh. It's also insanely cheap. They make their own juices. I can't believe they don't have a line around the block. The manager is very sweet and takes excellent care of his guests. I had the most wonderful time. They also carry coke zero which is my favorite. Definitely eat at this place! I totally see how they have 3 locations. Best best food. Wish they offered more grilled veggie options as a side as i don't really eat rice.

I have middle eastern food all the time and this was nothing close to it. Meat was overcooked and dry. Paid over $60 for two entrees and very little meat. I would not recommend this location, the other two are much better. Will not visit again unfortunately.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch to get shawarma sandwiches and they were delicious. We got a beef shawarma and a chicken shawarma sandwich. The beef shawarma was seasoned great, and the sandwich was very filling. Same can be said for the chicken shawarma as well. We will definitely come back!
