I get a torta here once a year as a treat to myself. I live in florida and fly here to Skokie just for this torta. Carne asada. I walk in and it’s ready for me in 10 minutes from calling on the phone. I have never had a bad torta.

Nothing but excellent service, very cute atmosphere, and delicious food.
I haven’t been to this restaurant for a few years and the quality of everything never changed from being perfect!

Used to be awesome but I had to stop going because it was always 1 hour plus wait.
Just went the other day and got their “special” - basically a skewer of chicken with a mildly spicy BBQ sauce, corn succotash, and chipotle mashed potatoes. It took way too long and the 4 smallish hunks of chicken were dry and unremarkable. Small serving of succotash was decent as were the potatoes but not worth the $20. Mojito was ok. The ceviche was just ok also. Service was decent....
