“I found this place because I was looking for a protein shake before work. I walked in and the gentleman was very nice and welcoming. He showed me the menu and pictures of their items which was super helpful. I will have to stop by for their acai bowls as they looked good. The protein shake I had was a caramel/banana flavor. 10/10 I would come back for that. He also let me know the amount of protein in my shake which was very helpful. Nice clean space as well!!! I highly recommend.“

The Zumba class is an escape from the stressors of daily life-like a night out dancing! “Okay, you HAVE to try Seattle Sutton’s meals! I’ve been getting them for almost a year, and they’re seriously the best meal delivery company. I actually talked to one of their dietitians before I signed up and they were super helpful and answered all of my questions. There are so many meals I never would’ve thought of making myself, but they’re all so good. The convenience is unreal. You just heat it up. I don't have to cook anything and I hate doing dishes, so that's a huge bonus. Plus, everything is always fresh, like I just bought it at the store.
