Food was mediocre at best. Everything was room temperature and just didn’t taste great. Customer service was nonexistent. And the dining room definitely needs a little bit of TLC. Way too expensive for what they’re serving up. Hard pass.
It is quite interesting how this place operates, having a mix of technology and humans.
The number of toppings they allow on salads is absurdly good. The variety of toppings is also excellent.
In terms of portion size (at least, for the salad), it seems it is basically three meals in one.
It terms of speed, it is quite quick as they have this cool little assembling machine that puts your food together.

I love the variety of toppings, but the last two times I’ve been there. The greens have been wilted and slimy and I’ve had to pick out the bed greens. Yesterday my order had kale which lasts a really long time, but there was at least a 1/4 cup of mushy edged and yellow and kale
