Store was very clean and bright, you could tell someone there took pride in the store and it's appearance. The staff was smiling like they were enjoying what they were doing and they were very welcoming. Best of all the the 3 different the sandwichs and drinks were fresh and delicious. Definitely will be a repeat customer.
Order taker very distracted even though we were the only customers. Couldn't understand the difference between me saying number 1, he kept saying number 11, 3 times. A coworker corrected him.
I have never been to Jimmy John's, so I just listed 3 stars as neutral. I see a lot of 1 stars. I also see a lot of complaints of long wait time. At Subway, when you get to the end of the line, you pay and eat or pay and go. Either way you have the product in your hands in no more than about 5 minutes. They usually have only 2 people working. I will try JJ's to see for myself.
