Cashier was one of the most friendliest ever.
Didn’t eat there. Smelled too bad.
Overall, great experience. Great amount of food for a reasonable amount of money. Servers were very polite. My only complaint would be the floor was extremely sticky over by the drink fountain.

Based on the reviews, Long John Silver's | A&W offers a mixed experience. The food can be excellent, with fish featuring great batter and not being greasy, shrimp having a good snap, and waffle fries that are crispy on the outside. The Mac n Cheese is crazy creamy, and hush puppies are awesome. The crumblins are considered the real star. However, other visits found the shrimp excellent but the clam strips only good, with fries and hushpuppies acceptable but overcooked. The sweet tea was soured at one point. Service and cleanliness vary greatly. Some visits found the employees very polite and personable, with food coming out really fast. One manager welcomed a guest in after closing due to being understaffed. Another location was filthy with only two clean tables, sticky condiment dispensers, and messes on the floor. The building needs upgrades and the bathrooms need work. The parking lot has plenty of holes. The in-house made root beer and root beer floats are a highlight, though the food is not always enjoyable.
