Because it’s tied to a fish restaurant the onion rings tasted fishy.
It was hotter and more humid in the store than outside. Should have been my first clue to leave. I drove 40 miles to have A&W. The staff was not rude, but really didn't seem to want to be there at all. The floors were completely wet and no wet floor signs put out. Though i told my youngest to be careful, she still slipped and fell. None of the staffed seemed too concerned about the fall. A&W Restaurant offers great food and incredibly friendly service. The staff, especially Marcia, goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and satisfied. The clean and inviting atmosphere adds to the overall dining experience. Despite being busy, the workers are dedicated and efficient. Customers appreciate the patience and helpfulness in explaining menu items. A&W Restaurant is a place worth returning to for a pleasant dining experience.
