Stopped here on my way home from work today. Was waited on by A very friendly young woman. When it was time to hand me my food someone else gave me my food. I asked for salt and was told ok. I get home 5 min away and fry’s are ice cold and hard. I’m missing a beef sandwich and no salt so I call. I was passed to the manager so I explained why I was calling. She says “what’s your name” “are you coming back now”

Stopped in yesterday. Must of been shift change. No delay in getting our order. items were made fresh and hot. Brought out to our car by a gentleman., who was very friendly.

I had an issue with a Reuben saying there was just a teaspoon of sauerkraut in one corner of the sandwich - l called and manager said “ we only put on a little “ to which l said “ so it’s not like the one pictured in your drive up “ - she made no attempt to correct the situation she was actually carrying on a conservation with another person - total disregard for my issue - l said your just like this phone call useless
