Best ice cream ever!!!! I am an ice cream snob when I’m on vacation. I have to have it every day and I walked miles to that ice cream parlor this week the owner and the boy Jake that worked there was such awesome people too. I will definitely be back. I went tonight because I’m leaving in the morning sorted caramel chunk.!!!! you will not be disappointed
I was at the Orland Park Original Rainbow Cone location today. I grew up going to the location on Western Ave. The ice cream at this location (Orland) is just as delicious as I remember from my childhood.
Also, I dropped the ice cream off of my cone only a few bites in. One of the staff members (possibly the manager) noticed immediately, helped clean up, and provided another ice cream cone for me free of charge. The staff was kind and helpful and the facility was very...read full review

Based on the reviews, The Original Rainbow Cone is a very fun, whimsical, and aesthetically pleasing ice cream spot. The decor is cute, inviting, and clean inside. The rainbow cone is unique and definitely the option to get. The ice cream is pretty good, with flavorful options including the Big Muddy, pirate bounty, butter nut, birthday cake, and superman. The ice cream and mini donuts were very good, and the donuts were soft. The Big Muddy was fantastic with a rich and indulgent flavor and a huge portion size for the price. Prices are reasonable, though some find it overpriced. The staff were helpful, nice, and beyond amazing, with great service. The manager was very involved with the crew.
