“To the barista that picked me up on my darkest day. November 14th was my divorce, the hardest day of my life. I couldn't breathe, sobbing as panic set in on how my life would be. I pulled up to Starbucks for a pink drink (my go to), as I approached the window I asked for some napkins (to dry my eyes). The barista looked at me and said "This one is on me", I now cried more seeing the compassion this stranger had towards me. He said "pick up your head, tomorrow is a new day, you'll get through whatever it is". I thanked him and drove off. This man's compassionate heart stuck with me. I've been back multiple times and finally got his name, JULIAN! So this review is for you Julian! Starbucks take notes, because not only does he deserve a raise, he deserves an award! Never ever have I had a barista like Julian. Thank you again for trying to help me smile on my darkest day.“

“Average Starbucks restaurant and coffee shop in downtown Lombard. The service was friendly and my coffee came out as ordered. Pricing is average for this store. They had plenty of seating to hang out with one or a few people. WiFi is available on all of your devices while you visit the store.“

“Good service and a full selection of coffee. Honestly if it wasn't for the annoying parking and overly long line this would be a perfect Starbucks. I'm not sure if it is the location or not that made these factor in but it seemed to take longer than usual for a Starbucks. Otherwise, as mentioned, a super friendly staff and tasty brew.“
