Many of our guests were from out of state or from Chicago and they will be adding Steve and Nancy's to their restaurant list when they are back in town! “Everyone says Rips is the best, well....I used to work at Vinnie's and it was the best, Mike's tap in Peru was good too. I'm tellin' ya what...this is some damned fine fried chicken! Batter is thin and perfectly crispy, not overly greasy. Would recommend 10/10”

“Loveeee this place! I drive about 20 minutes to come here and it's worth it! First off, it's cute. Second, it has soooo many options from candy (old school and new school), flavored cokes (I recommend marshmallow, chocolate, or vanilla), soft serve ice cream and more! Third of all, the prices are phenomenal! I can be pretty cheap, but these prices are incredible, you can buy so much for not much at all. Today we bought a sundae, two flavored cokes, four candy bars, a few chewy treats, and possibly more for $8. Wow!! Go here and go now! You won't be sorry.”

“This place is absolutely a hidden gem. The wings are phenomenal. If you're not big into spicy food, get the regular bbq wings. All the food is really good there including the pizza. They have a wing special on Wednesday nights. My girlfriend and I are always shocked how the place is never full because we live in Minonk and they have some of the best food in the entire area. If this place was in Bloomington, the line would be out of he door for the wings alone. They always have a decent selection of craft beers on tap along with all the normal domestics. The bartender who's normally there, I think her name is Victoria, is always really nice. You won't be disappointed in this place.”

“Absolutely the best pizza place I’ve had so far. We had a school team of 12 arrive and even without reservation, they were very welcoming and accommodating. Service is absolutely PHENOMENAL. It’s a cozy family environment and everything was perfect. The staff, especially Mandy and Paula were amazing and just about as sweet as people can get. Food was BEYOND amazing as well, came out piping hot, very fresh and honestly worth every dollar. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through or staying near.
