They even had board games and kid-friendly, which made it easy for everyone to have fun. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy quality time together. We'll definitely be back!“

The beers are awesome pretty much across the board, and the inside is all exposed brick and coziness - definitely makes you want to sit a spell and tip a few beers back.

I absolutely love that Maplewood now has *hop water* 🙌🏼 (several hop water flavors to choose from, actually) and a bunch of infused seltzers to choose from, in addition to the beer and spirits.
And I *adore* that Maplewood loves pugs!! I’ve yet to meet a pug there for some scritches over a brew, but we all gotta have goals amirite?? 🤭🐶

“Best brewery in Chicago for BA stouts, which is my favorite style. They have some good sours and other ales as well, and I love the space! Plenty of room, great ambiance, and they do tours! Plenty of options, and you can do flights, though the price varies!“

The lack of TV forces you to engage in conversation, and the staff are particularly helpful in steering patrons to choices they might not think of originally but end up appreciating. They’re a one-of-a-kind establishment with a one-of-a-kind staff, and you won’t be disappointed in your visit.“

“Good rotating beer selection. The have a nice fenced in back patio open during god weather, and large windows that will open for the main bar.

The brewery also schedules lots of fun events, game nights, etc. And they’re a great part of the community.“

“I passed this place 3 times trying to find it. It's very unassuming, but I was on a mission to finally stop in. It was early and I was the only customer. I chatted with the bartender between sips and reading. I had the Marz and probably the tiger, but can't really remember. I remember them both being good, which is all that matters. They have a decent selection on tap, cans, bottles and cocktails. Again I was there solo, but the vibe from the bartender and space was legit. Kind of reminds me of Half Acres old location before they moved to expand. Hopefully they'll have a similar experience.“

“Hopewell has such a cute vibe! I loved the fact that they had a large selection of games for passing your time there as you enjoy the beer. The Lil Buddy was perfect. Just a little something. They also had super friendly bartender who was kind enough to give me a few stickers. I collect enamel pins, so was glad to buy one of those from the merch.“

“This Bar and Pizzeria had been on my radar prior to leaving the UK, for a short break to Chicago to watch AC/DC. Kev and I weren't disappointed! Great hospitality, a wide selection of beers made on site and a 'cup and char' pizza to die for. Topped off with hot honey, it's one of the best pizzas I've tried. The 'Tommy o two legs' was my beer of choice with most having quirky names inspired by the friendly staff. A great location to visit and one that will be fondly remembered. “We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

“Let me start by saying I really love this place! For the last few months my co-worker and I have been coming here every Friday after work to relax with drinks and good food. The service is always top notch and the pizza is crazy delicious! We usually split The Butcher with an add of giardinara - totally amazing. Everything from the steak sandwich to the smash burger are delicious and don't even get me started on the fried pickles! You can't stop eating them!! I wish I had some photos to post but we always forget and just start devouring the food. Cheers to many more Fridays and thank you Crust Taproom!!“

“We tried Pho no. 1 Brewing tonight and we were really happy with it! We’ll be back again for sure! The Pho was a little sweeter than I expected, but it was my first time having it so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The beef skewers, egg rolls, and wings were amazing. “We have been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally made our way there. It's big and bright inside with lots of Mexican flare. The service was friendly and inviting and the food was so tasty. We had nachos with chicken and bowl with steak. The servings are big so come hungry. I'm not a huge beer drinker but we really enjoyed the mango and mint seltzers. We even bought some to take home. So whether you're catching a game or just hanging with friends /family, this is an excellent choice to drink and eat!“

“My husband and I have been coming here for years and if I’m being honest, it didn’t start as my favorite place. That being said, it’s easily one my favorites now. First let’s start with Sarah their GM; simply fantastic! She has been there as long as I can remember and my husband, who worked in the industry for over decade, comments about how awesome she is; she makes you feel like a regular every time you walk in. Then the food and atmosphere are second to none in the area. As a mother with a young family, I appreciate how it can be a terrific place for adult date night before catching a movie across the street, which also serves their beer, and a place for us to bring our two year old. I can’t recommend this place enough and they are constantly doing things in the community which make it fun, exciting and let you know they care.“
